We are a fun and laid back office offering a stimulating role that is extremely rewarding for the right candidate. You will be a key part of the Account Management team, with your own portfolio of clients to look after, and help project manage their website from the signing of the contract, all the way through to when it is live and making bookings. Your day to day responsibilities will include (but is not limited to):


  • Build strong relationships with local and international customers
  • Review existing client websites and booking volumes, to help increase their company profits and spend within Digital Trip.
  • Customer training and technology demonstrations
  • Website and Supplier Testing
  • Support to other staff members where required
  • Retention of existing clients
  • Upsell on existing clients



Our ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter who is committed to putting in the time with our initial training program, and then be able to speak with our customers confidently about our products and be capable to problem solve with ease. You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills:


  • Excellent organisational Skills
  • Proactive approach to customer retention and upselling
  • High attention to detail
  • First rate communication skills both written and verbal with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multi task and re-prioritise where needed
  • Have a confident and friendly manner, and be a great team player
  • Be patient when dealing with customers and colleagues in difficult situations
  • Work well under pressure
